Overbooking Situations

Guests will receive a 100% full refund if the hotel is forced to cancel a reservation due to overbooking.

Cancellations Prior to Check-in

If a customer requests a cancellation and refund at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date, a refund will be issued minus any applicable online transaction fees charged by the third-party payment gateway.

No-Shows

No refund will be provided if the guest fails to arrive or does not check in on the scheduled arrival date (no-show).
