At Hotel Kooler Inn (https://www.hotelkoolerinn.com), By accessing our website, making a reservation, or staying with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Reservations & Bookings

  • Eligibility: Guests must be legally authorized to enter into binding contracts.
  • Confirmation: A reservation is officially confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation email or reference number from us or our authorized booking partners.
  • Special Requests: Any special requests (e.g., bed types, high/low floors, early check-in) are subject to availability and cannot be strictly guaranteed prior to arrival.

Check-in & Check-out Policy

  • Check-in Time: From 2:00 PM (14:00) onwards. Early check-in is subject to availability.
  • Check-out Time: Until 12:00 PM (Noon). Late check-outs may incur additional charges or require booking an extra night.
  • Identification: Guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo identification (Passport or Malaysian Identity Card) and the credit card used for booking upon check-in.

Payments, Deposits, & Taxes

  • Room Rates & Currencies: All rates on our website are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
  • Damage Deposit: A refundable cash damage deposit of MYR 50 is required upon check-in. This will be fully refunded upon check-out, subject to a room inspection confirming no damage or missing items.
  • Malaysian Tourism Tax: In compliance with local regulations, a mandatory Tourism Tax of RM 10 per room, per night applies to all foreign (non-Malaysian) guests. This tax is collected directly at the hotel upon check-in and is not included in online room rates unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation & Modification Policies

  • Cancellation and prepayment terms vary depending on the specific room type, rate plan, or third-party platform through which you booked. Please refer to your specific booking confirmation details for exact cancellation deadlines and penalty structures.

House Rules & Hotel Policies

  • No Smoking: Hotel Kooler Inn maintains a strict non-smoking policy inside all rooms and indoor public areas.
  • Pets: Pets and animals of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property.
  • Safety & Security: We utilize 24-hour CCTV surveillance and electronic key card access. Guests are requested to keep their room doors locked and utilize in-room safety facilities. The hotel is not liable for loss or theft of valuables left unsecured in rooms.

Limitation of Liability

Hotel Kooler Inn is responsible for providing accommodation services with reasonable skill and care. However, we shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including missed travel connections, loss of property outside our direct control, or disruptions caused by acts of God, force majeure, or local infrastructure failures.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your stay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
